TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read these Terms of Service, together with Scentsicles’ Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Shipping Policy, in their entirety prior to using www.scentsicles.com (the “Site”) and the products, content, site features, promotions, services, and applications made available to you by Scentsicles Seasonal Products Co LLC (“Scentsicles”). You accept these Terms of Service when you do any of the following: (a) sign up to purchase individual products or goods; (b) provide your written or electronic signature; (c) accept through an oral or electronic statement; or (d) pay for any products, goods or services. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, please do not use this site.
ACCOUNTS
In order to use certain features of the Site, you must register for an account and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the registration form(s). When you create an Account, you represent that: (i) all required registration information you provide is truthful and accurate; and (ii) you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of such information, and (iii) you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information, and furthermore, are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. Scentsicles retains the right to suspend or terminate your account.
You agree to notify Scentsicles of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use, of your Account and/or any breach of security. Scentsicles will not be liable for any loss of damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements as stated above.
ORDERS
For any items purchased from scentsicles.com, when you click the "Complete Order" button, we'll send you an email message acknowledging receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete and accepted by scentsicles.com until we send you an email notifying you that the item has been shipped. All items are subject to availability and acceptance of an order is at scentsicles.com’s sole discretion.
INVOICING AND PAYMENT
By purchasing any products, goods or services provided through this website you are agreeing to these Terms of Service and any Terms and Conditions provided to you prior to purchase, and in doing so you authorize Scentsiclees to bill the payment method you provided for your order, plus any applicable federal, state or local taxes.
TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES
Scentsicles invoices you for taxes, fees and other charges that are levied by or remitted directly to federal, state, local governments on the Services provided to you, in addition to the shipping charges as noted specifically on your agreement. Federal, state and local taxes are subject to change at any time, and if subject to change may be retroactively applied as enforced by the appropriate governmental jurisdiction. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time for individual purchases of products, goods and services.
DISPUTED CHARGES
Disputes concerning any charges invoiced must be raised within 30 days of the date of the charge. You accept all charges not disputed in this time period. Disputes can only be made by calling 833-611-9563 or writing to Scentsicles via email at service@scentsicles.com.
SHIPPING POLICY
All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
At this time, we only ship throughout the domestic United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We are not able to ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, or the Virgin Islands.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during the holiday timeframe.
Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on delivery address. At this time, we only offer standard shipping through Fedex or UPS.
At this time, we are not able to ship to P.O Boxes. We are able to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
A shipment confirmation email will be sent once the order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24-48 hours.
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately send an email to customer service at service@scentsicles.com with photos of the damaged box and/or product along with the tracking number and provider.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 833-611-9563 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
We give each customer’s concerns individual attention and will provide you with the instructions for making your return or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 833-611-9563 within 30 days of delivery so the exchange, refund or credit transaction can be arranged.
